iPhone & Android Developers and Consultants

We have the follow positions open: 

  1. Part Time consultantsProject and commission based. Aggressive commission. Open to equity for long term.
  2. Full time contractor (6 month or longer, W2, 1099 all ok)
    Full time work with client for iPhone application development.
  3. iPhone / Android Principle Consultants
    Lead iphone or Android consulting teams. 

Job Requirement:

· Must have finished apps sold in the App Store or Android Market

· Experience of developing/porting apps to other platforms (BlackBerry, Android are good add on)

. BS Degree in CS or EE.

Sales and Account Manager

Job Description:
• Follow up with business leads coming from channels of marketing and business development
• Responsible for the whole communication loop with clients from requirement understandings, negotiation, contract, conflict and delivery.
• Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure we can meet client’s quality standards and expectations.
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director or Managing Director of any problems that may arise.
• Approve Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
• Find opportunities for account growth and new business
• Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
• Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.

Job Requirements:
• Extensive sales experience in the Information Technology(IT) Consulting or outsourcing arena is a MUST
• Minimum 3 years of Account management experience
• Business negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Highly self motivated
• Strong technical background(software industry)
• Well organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented

Part-time Technical Project Manager (two positions for iPhone and Android)

Job Description:
• Lead the offshore team to understand, and manage the requirements
• Create, execute and revise the project plans to meet changing needs of requirements
• Identify resources needs and assign individual responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, scope and resource
• Review all deliverables and ensure the quality.
• Effectively apply our methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in IT, Computer Science or a related subject
• At least 5 years project management experience
• Experience of managing multiple projects at the same
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead project teams of varying sizes
• Experience of managing remote development team
• Technical and domain expertise in iPhone or Android fields

Job Description:
• Develop and grow strategic partners and client base.
• Contact with key managers at targeted companies, for the purpose of promoting our services and partnership to prospective clients and building solid relationships.

Job Requirements:
• Extensive business development/sales experience in the Information Technology(IT) Consulting or outsourcing arena is a MUST
• Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment.
• The right candidate will have at least 3-5 years of sales, marketing, or business development experiences in IT professional services including prospecting, qualifying, building and maintaining relationships, and securing new accounts.

Part Time Online Marketing Inern

Job Functions:
• Perform extensive online social media research on existing sites, tools, and trends
• Contribute to the creation and implementation online marketing and sales campaigns.
• Track, monitor, analyze and document relevant social media and health care companies, including blogs, traditional media, online advertising and marketing programs
Requirements:
• 3+ Years College, with a focus on marketing communications, online advertising, and/or information technology.
• Exceptional communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Extensive interest in (and experience with) online media and social networking tools.
• The ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, and the flexibility to juggle many different responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Analytics and/or other analytical tools.
