- Create QA Team: A QA team is created under our administration, acting as a seamless extension of our client's organization.
- Obtain Reqs: Client sends their QA/Test Requirements to ExtendLogic, so our team can carefully study and understand all the requirements.
- Define Reqs: Customer PM / ExtendLogic Onsite PM then works with ExtendLogic offshore team to define requirements, coordinate reviews, and resolve any issues together.
- Perform QA Testing: ExtendLogic QA team starts the testing based on the finalized requirements.
